Residential Design Consultation on-site (within our service area, shown below)

Want your yard designed right this first time? Call us to schedule a consultation with Scott Cohen - you will benefit from his 20 years of experience and creativity.

During the initial consultation, Scott Cohen meets with all homeowners of the property to discuss budget and size and scope of the project. Based on that meeting, he prepares a Work Order for Design Services. Scott Cohen then takes the time upfront to explore your needs with our exclusive Design Questionnaire.

Next, with our design staff, he begins to form a custom hardscape and landscape design around your lifestyle and budget. He will walk your property with you, go through our exclusive design questionnaire, answer any questions you have about your property, and discuss options and ideas for improvements (The fee is $250 for this visit, which usually takes 60-90 minutes). During site visits Scott will also sometimes create doodles and quick sketches (included in the design consultation fee).

If you are interested in Scott designing your project for The Green Scene to build, consultation fees are typically waived. When more detailed plans are required for proposals, Scott will quote a “Design Retainer” to prepare scaled drawings. Design Retainers and consultation fees are usually credited toward construction projects.

The consultation fee is also waived in local new construction developments.
