Scott Cohen says:
“The owner of this golf course view lot wanted to take full advantage of the mountain scenery. I designed a vanishing edge pond to use the waters reflective quality to enhance the views. There are actually two separate ponds and filtration systems needed to create the effect and meet the grades of the land. A concrete bridge invites visitors to cross over to the outdoor Pavilion and deck. The project also included an outdoor kitchen, faux turf putting green, rose gardens and stamped concrete patios. ”
