Love Scene

This Love Scene is owned by newlyweds that wanted a beautifully landscaped entertaining yard for their newly combined families. We replaced the driveway with circle kit concrete pavers and cast concrete banding and steps. The entry is adorned with round plinths with split faced travertine stone and pre-cast concrete pots. We always install pots on a drip system so clients don’t have to work about hand watering. The front fountain is a custom hand carved Cantera stone feature. Natural stone fountains require some extra care and waterproofing regularly, but age beautifully and look just like the authentic European old-world fountains they emulate.

In the backyard we extended the Loggia with an open roof Pergola that adds shade over the bar and outdoor barbeque center. Color changing bubblers spill over your shoulders in the spa creating a heated massage experience. A built-in table in the pool is the perfect location to sit under an umbrella a sip a cool cocktail while watching the kids play on the Baja shelf. The money shot is the fire-water feature that site just outside large sliding glass doors. To anchor the backyard and enhance the views, we added a series of medallion spillways on their own pump.

All of the features in this yard/pool/spa are easily controlled with your smart phone using Hayward’s Omni Logic remote system.

We are flattered by the volume of requests for consultations we are currently receiving daily. It’s nice to be popular, but due to overwhelming demand we are currently accepting projects only in the brand-new construction neighborhoods in which we are actively working; Westcliffe Toll Brothers (Porter Ranch), Canyon Oaks & Encore Toll Brothers (Chatsworth), Hillcrest Toll Brothers (Porter Ranch), Deerlake Ranch (Crestley and Landsea homes in Chatsworth), and Sterling Hills Pulte Homes (West Hills).

Outside of new construction, we have a “Special Projects Consultation Wait List” for clients with unique high-end projects that don’t mind waiting a bit for us to catch up.
