Scott Cohen says, “This yard in The Oaks of Calabasas is the epitome of outdoor room design. Each area of the yard is designed to accommodate the natural tendency of people to break up into smaller groups. This lot has a sweeping view of the San Fernando Valley beyond. As you enter the front door of the home the view is focused on the rear yard. In the spotlight is an oversized perimeter overflow all-tile spa. Behind the spa two large fire-bowls reflect light over the illusion spa. Matching planters accent the front of the spa wall. A large Baja shelf accommodates this couple’s young family.
