A gorgeous modern farmhouse isn’t complete without a backyard that mimics its rustic yet sleek character. The charm of this home is seamlessly reflected in the cozy outdoor living room. Nestled under a spacious solid roof pavilion, it’s perfect for entertaining guests or a relaxing Sunday afternoon watching football in front of the fireplace. The outdoor kitchen provides plenty of space for the host to prepare their Grill Dome cooker masterpiece, while guests can pull up a seat at the bar counter to keep the chef company.

Our client commissioned this custom iron artistic sculpture that is the centerpiece of the firepit. Built-in seating around the fire feature offers a comfortable space for everyone as they gather around on cool evenings.

We designed the waterfall, pond, and wrap-around deck to create an outdoor living room that allows guests to lounge under the shade of a large tree while overlooking colorful Koi fish and aquatic plants. To ease maintenance, the deck is constructed of TREX faux lumber.

One of the most family-friendly elements in this backyard is a custom arbor built to house a drop-down movie screen. The hidden motorized screen drops with a touch of your phone and provides the ultimate setting for neighborhood movie nights. A charming yet contemporary Green Scene project set in beautiful Westlake Village!

We are flattered by the volume of requests for consultations we are currently receiving daily. It’s nice to be popular, but due to overwhelming demand we are currently accepting projects only in the brand-new construction neighborhoods in which we are actively working; Westcliffe Toll Brothers (Porter Ranch), Canyon Oaks & Encore Toll Brothers (Chatsworth), Hillcrest Toll Brothers (Porter Ranch), The Canyons Toll Brothers (Porter Ranch), Deerlake Ranch (Crestley and Landsea homes in Chatsworth), and Sterling Hills Pulte Homes (West Hills).

Outside of new construction, we have a “Special Projects Consultation Wait List” for clients with unique high-end projects with budgets over $200,000, that don’t mind waiting a bit for us to catch up.
